13th Beach Bunker
Please read these house rules before making an enquiry. By confirming a booking you agree to these terms in full.
Only guests confirmed at the time of booking may enter or make use of the property and its facilities. Additional guests or visitors are not permitted without prior written approval from the owners.
A 50% deposit is required to confirm your reservation. The remaining balance is due two days prior to arrival. All rates are indicative and subject to change until a reservation is confirmed in writing.
Cancellations made more than one week before arrival will incur a 10% cancellation fee. Cancellations made within one week of arrival will incur a 50% cancellation fee. We recommend guests consider travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances.
A $1,000 security deposit is payable by credit card on or before arrival. This will be held and returned within 7 days of departure, provided no damage, loss or breach of house rules has occurred.
Noise must be kept to a reasonable level and must be minimal after 10:00pm. Use of the pool and spa after 10:00pm is not permitted. More than one report of disturbance from neighbouring properties will result in forfeiture of the $1,000 security deposit in full.
Any damage to or loss of property, fixtures, fittings or contents must be reported to the owners prior to vacating. Costs associated with unreported damage or loss will be charged against the security deposit and, where applicable, pursued beyond it.
No pets are permitted at 13th Beach Bunker under any circumstances.
13th Beach Bunker is strictly non-smoking. Smoking is not permitted inside the property, by the pool, in garden areas, or in any outdoor entertaining spaces.
Golf inclusions are subject to availability at 13th Beach Golf Links. Tee times are typically available mid to late morning or later in the afternoon. Availability on Saturdays and Wednesdays may be limited. In the unlikely event a tee time cannot be secured, guests will receive a full refund for that round or we will arrange play at an alternative Bellarine Peninsula course — Barwon Heads Golf Club, Lonsdale Links, Curlewis Golf Club, or Torquay Sands. Golf availability does not constitute grounds for cancellation of the accommodation component of a booking.
Guests are responsible for leaving the property in a clean and tidy condition. Additional cleaning charges may apply if the property is left in an unsatisfactory state. The owners reserve the right to refuse or cancel any booking at their discretion. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
